An old hand at electronic songcraft, Tilmann previously issued material on Toytronic (the 12" 3D Concepts) and sub:marine (the Underland CD) before landing on Consumers, where IDM (alongside Signaldrift) formed one apex of the label's triangle, with instrumental hip-hop (Innerstance.Beatbox) and post-rock (The Timeout Drawer) the other two.
Over and Through (2003) arrived on cotton-candy-blue 10" vinyl, its cover art credited to Tilmann, Geoffrey Wilson, and Chris Eichenseer. Xenon EP (2006) previewed the Yes And No album with three mixes of its title track, its artwork by Scott A. Shellhamer (Atropa/Moiii). Yes And No (2006) collected the full album, mastered, like most of the label's IDM output, by Trevor Sadler at Mastermind Productions in Milwaukee.
